Tim is the co-author and leading expert of the Strength Deployment Inventory, the psychometric assessment that measures motives, conflict, strengths, and overdone strengths. Created by Dr. Elias Porter in 1973, Tim has continued Dr. Porter’s work on the SDI, ensuring it’s the most effective assessment for helping teams strengthen relationships and drive results together.
